KV999 Terms and Conditions – Know the Rules Before You Play

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and kv999 ("Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the kv999 platform — whether through the website at kv999.pro or the Android app — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using the platform immediately and not create an account. Continued use of the platform following any updates to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

2. Eligibility

To register and use kv999, you must meet all of the following conditions:

3. Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on kv999. Creating duplicate accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current and complete information including your full name, date of birth, email address and payment method details. You are required to keep this information up to date. kv999 may carry out identity verification checks using the information provided. Where additional documentation is requested — such as a CNIC copy or proof of payment method — you must provide this within the timeframe stated in the request.

Accounts registered with false, incomplete or unverifiable information may be suspended at kv999's discretion. Any winnings accumulated on an account found to be fraudulently registered may be voided.

4. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kv999 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. All activity that occurs under your account — regardless of whether it was carried out by you or by a third party who accessed your account — is your responsibility.

kv999 will never contact you to request your password, PIN or full payment details. If you receive any communication claiming to be from kv999 and requesting such information, treat it as suspicious and contact support immediately.

If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact kv999 support via live chat as soon as possible so that your account can be secured. kv999 cannot be held responsible for losses arising from unauthorised access that results from a failure to keep credentials secure.

5. Deposits

All deposits on kv999 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer and eligible debit/credit cards. The available methods and current minimum deposit amounts are displayed in your account dashboard at the time of deposit.

Deposits are credited to your kv999 balance promptly after confirmation from the payment provider. Mobile wallet deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa typically reflect within seconds. If a deposit does not appear in your balance within 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference.

• Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name.

6. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed in PKR to the payment method on file for your account. Withdrawals must be directed to an account or mobile wallet registered in the same name as your kv999 account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.

Standard withdrawal processing times vary by method:

• JazzCash / Easypaisa: typically within 2 hours
• Raast: typically within 4 hours
• Bank Transfer: 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank

VIP Gold and Diamond members receive priority processing, which generally means faster handling than the standard queue. Where identity verification has not been completed, withdrawals may be held until the required documents are submitted and reviewed.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

kv999 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, in addition to the general bonus rules set out here. By claiming any bonus, you agree to the applicable terms.

General Bonus Rules

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each offer is stated at the time the bonus is claimed.
• Bonus funds and real money funds are held separately in your account. Real money is used first when placing bets, unless otherwise stated for a specific promotion.

8. Betting Rules

• All bets are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted by the system.

• In the event that a sporting event is postponed, abandoned or cancelled, bets will be settled according to the specific rules for that sport as published in the betting section of the platform.
• Maximum bet limits apply and vary by market, event and account tier. These limits are enforced automatically by the system.
• Live betting markets close automatically when play resumes or a significant event occurs. It is your responsibility to place live bets before markets close.
• Where there is a discrepancy between the odds displayed and the actual odds available at the time of bet placement due to a system issue, kv999 reserves the right to settle the bet at the correct odds or void it entirely.

• Using automated bots, scripts or software to place bets or interact with the platform
• Colluding with other players in poker, live games or any competitive format
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or errors for financial gain — any winnings obtained this way are void and must be returned
• Attempting to launder money or use the platform for any unlawful financial activity
• Abusing bonuses through systematic exploitation, including but not limited to bonus hunting across multiple accounts
• Threatening, harassing or using abusive language towards kv999 staff or support agents
• Sharing login credentials with others or allowing third parties to operate your account

kv999 actively monitors accounts for patterns consistent with prohibited conduct. Where violations are identified, kv999 may act without prior warning. Decisions made by kv999 in relation to prohibited conduct are final.

11. Responsible Gaming

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining may be forfeited. Where an account is closed at the player's request and no breach has occurred, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method after standard processing.
